Defrost on tray covered with plastic overnight in the fridgerater. The buns are to be proofed at 37°C in 40-50 minutes. Bake at 170° C in 10-12 minutes when placed in molds (without molds for 7-9 minutes).
Temperature min -18°C. Do not defreeze after thawing.
