The Duke of Danish
Danish born Mogens Andersen has been creating authentic Danish pastries for 27 years.
He's the man with the honour of leading our Danish pastry development and keeps an eye on all aspects of their journey. And he still eats at least one every day.
That's about 235 per year. Or 6,345 since he started!
We call him "The Duke".
