Our Hatting products are consumer-packed frozen bread sold mainly in supermarkets in Scandinavia and Germany.
The assortment includes breakfast rolls, sandwich bread, speciality bread, stone oven baked bread and snack products.
Hatting was founded in 1947 in the village Hatting close to Horsens in Denmark.
Over time, the bakery developed from being a local baker of layer cakes and rusks to fully realize the possibilities within frozen bread products, and a new world of bread was opened.
During the 1980's, the idea was professionalized and brought to consumers in Denmark and Norway. The Scandinavians loved the idea of having frozen bread in the freezer and after 15 minutes in the oven, they could serve hot bread for any meal at home.
Hatting is still a market leader in frozen bread in Denmark and Norway.
