Each customer has their own dedicated National Account Manager to support and advise them, and a Customer Service Team on hand to assist with order placement. New customers receive a comprehensive welcome pack with useful tools to help them with the ordering process, delivery schedules and contact details for key personnel.

 

We have a Bakery Operations Team to provide support to our customers to get the best from our products. This includes:

 

•   Bespoke bakery training sessions tailored to customer needs
•   Finding and suggesting solutions to operational and equipment issues
•   Recommending suitable baking equipment
•   Running pilot studies to establish baking parameters

 

Our Category Management Team ensures we have the latest market data as well as insight into developing trends and future market opportunities.  In addition, they work alongside our customers to develop category plans and offer ongoing advice to drive growth in retail, foodservice and wholesale. 

 

The Marketing Team undertakes research on the bakery market and our product ranges such as via consumer panel research.  Product launches are supported by a comprehensive marketing plan including PR and advertising in key trade publications. We can also provide our customers with tailored marketing materials and sales support to help make our products a success within their businesses.

 

Quality Systems

We are committed to delivering the highest and most consistent product quality possible by working with the best product manufacturing specialists across Europe.

 

We have procedures in place to ensure that products supplied are in accordance with the Food Safety Act 1990 and current legislation, including HACCP and relevant procedures that guarantee we have total due diligence. We work closely with our European partners to maintain superior factory and product safety standards by consistently reviewing and challenging these procedures.

 

As a result, these partners are accredited and fully compliant with British Retail Consortium (BRC) standards and we ensure they maintain market leading factory standards and controls.

 

We have removed hydrogenated fats from all products and are working to reduce levels of salt, additives, colours and flavours in our products.
