Vaasan Mestarin Hapanjuurileipä is a sourdough bread and baked without any added baking yeast. This high-fiber sourdough bread has a crispy crust covered with rye crust all over the bread. This product is baked in the Lantmännen Unibake's bakery in Joutseno, Lappeenranta and it has been given the Produced in Finland label.

Baking information: Thaw & Bake

Thaw at room temperature for 1 h or overnight in the fridge. Bake at 190°C for 8-10 min. Steam can be used in the beginning of baking.
