Baking information: Raw dough
Defrost on tray covered with plastic overnight in the refridgerator. The buns must be proofed at 37°C in 40-50 minutes. Brush with egg and add vanilla custard to the center of the bun. NB! Vanilla custard is not included in the carton. Bake at 180-190° C in 7-8 minutes.
Temperature min -18°C. Do not defreeze after thawing.
