Baking information: Raw dough
Thaw overnight in the fridge (2-4°C) or for 2,5 hours in room temperature. Shape the buns and place them in proofing cabin for 50 min (+37-39 °C, r.H. 75-85 %). Bake at 180-200°C for 10 min. NOTE! Baking times and temperatures are guidelines depending on the oven.
