This preproven raspberry soft dough braid has double filling of raspberry jam and vanilla custard which wrap nicely inside the handmade braid. It is decorated with crunchy pearl sugar. It is a sister product to vanilla soft dough braid.
Baking information: Thaw & Bake
Thaw 1 h at room temperature or over night in fridge. Bake at 180°C for 12-15 min.
Frozen. Storage at -18°C or colder. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Handle with care. Protect from moisture.
