Toast the hamburger bun, brushed with a little oil to gloss up the bread.
Add a blend of sriracha sauce and ketchup on/in the Kaiser stamp and the bun.
Add chilimayo on the bottom piece of the bun and add iceberg salad.
Barbeque the burger with melted aged cheddar, top with crispy bacon and serve with a big pickle on the side.
