Remember to toast the roll for the freshly baked feeling.

Heat up brine and add chopped red onion.
Fry or grill the sausages.
Toast or grill the rolls before putting the dish together.
Top with the pickled onions, mustard and American mayo.
Served with sweet potatoes.
