Chicken Chipotle Chili Burger
Ingredients
Serves 10 people
- 10 Sandwino Herb Bread
- 2kg Chicken mince
- 100g Chopped spring onion
- 200g Chipotle chili sauc
- 200g Sliced Cheese
- 100g Salad
- 100g Garlic Mayo
- 100g Tomato Ketchup
Avocado Salsa
- 1 kg Avocado
- 300g Sun blush tomato, chopped
- 300g Fresh corn in the cob, dry toasted in a pan
- 50g Lime
- 100g Coriander chopped
- 200g Red pepper
- 200g Red onion
- 10g Red wine vinegar

Burger:
- Mix the burger ingredients together in a bowl and form into chicken burgers of around 180g, try to make the size to fit the square bun.
- Griddle on a flat cast iron skillet turning every 2 minutes till thoroughly cooked.
Avocado Salsa:
- Chop to equal sized pieces around 2.5 cm and mix together with time for the flavours to merge. Season to taste
