Fresh Berry and Fruit Crown
Serves 10 people
- 1/4dl powdered sugar
- 2dl fresh berries and seasonal fresh fruits
- 1/4 dl apricot glaze

- Wash and cut whole fresh fruits into small cubes and mix with berries in a small bowl.
- Sift powdered sugar over the cooled vanilla crowns.
- Fill the center of crowns with fresh berry mixture.
- Lightly brush apricot glaze on top of fruit.
