Fresh Berry and Fruit Crown


Serves 10 people 

  • 1/4dl powdered sugar 
  • 2dl fresh berries and seasonal fresh fruits 
  • 1/4 dl apricot glaze

  1. Wash and cut whole fresh fruits into small cubes and mix with berries in a small bowl. 
  2. Sift powdered sugar over the cooled vanilla crowns. 
  3. Fill the center of crowns with fresh berry mixture.
  4. Lightly brush apricot glaze on top of fruit.
