Fried Crispy Orange Chicken in a Chili Bun
Serves 10 People
- 10 Chili buns
- 400g Panko (breadcrumbs)
- 10 psc chicken fillet
- Tomato salsa
- Iceberg lettuce
- Nacho chips
- Grated cheddar
- Jalepeno to taste
- 400g Avocado

- Toast the hamburger bun, usually brushed with a little oil or butter to gloss up the bread.
- Put some chopped iceberg lettuce on the bottom before you add a good layer of avocado salsa, a deep fried crispy chicken fillet and a 1 tbsp of tomato salsa.
- Serve with some jalapeno and Nachos chips with melted cheddar
