Gourmet Burger a la Béarnaise

Ingredients

Serves 10 people

  • Mixed salad
  • Philadelphia Béarnaise (300g philadelphia + béarnaise powder to taste) 
  • 10 pcs of grilled hamburgers (150g)
  • 20 slices of crispy fried bacon 

Caramelized chili Fried Mushrooms

  • 20 Mushrooms
  • 2 onions in thin slices
  • 100g sugar,
  • 50g butter, 
  • 1 chopped chili

  1. Toast or grill the bun 
  2. Add mixed salad and tomato relish.
  3. Add grilled steak seasoned with coarse sea salt and fresh pepper.
  4. Top it off with bacon, chili fried mushrooms and onions.
