Hot dog with curry remo
Ingredients
Serves 10 people
- 10 sausages
Curry remoulade:
- 2dl American mayo
- 1 tbs curry
- 1 tbs honey
- 1/2 apple (chopped)
- 1 tsb turmeric
- Ketchup
- Mustard

Remember to toast the roll for a freshly baked feeling.
Method:
- Mix all ingredients and cool down for 1 hour
- Fry or grill the sausages.
- Toast or grill the rolls before putting the dish together.
- Top with remoulade, ketchup and mustard
