Hot dog with curry remo

Ingredients

Serves 10 people

  • 10 sausages

Curry remoulade:

  • 2dl American mayo
  • 1 tbs curry
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1/2 apple (chopped)
  • 1 tsb turmeric 
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard

Remember to toast the roll for a freshly baked feeling.

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients and cool down for 1 hour
  2. Fry or grill the sausages. 
  3. Toast or grill the rolls before putting the dish together.
  4. Top with remoulade, ketchup and mustard
