Hot dog with salsa and coriander


Serves 10 people

  • 10 sausages
  • Mixed salad
  • Chopped coriander
  • 200g shredded cheese
  • Nachos chips 


  • 4-5 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 tbs chopped coriander
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

Remember to toast the roll for the freshly baked feeling.

  1. Chop onions and tomatoes and mix with coriander, oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Fry or grill the sausages, and let the cheese melt over the sausages. 
  3. Toast or grill the rolls before putting the dish together.
  4. Top with the salsa.
  5. Served with nacho chips.
