Hot dog with salsa and coriander
Ingredients
Serves 10 people
- 10 Broklyn hot dog rolls
- 10 sausages
- Mixed salad
- Chopped coriander
- 200g shredded cheese
- Nachos chips
Tomatsalsa:
- 4-5 ripe tomatoes
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 tbs chopped coriander
- 3 tbs olive oil
- Salt & pepper

Remember to toast the roll for the freshly baked feeling.
- Chop onions and tomatoes and mix with coriander, oil, salt and pepper.
- Fry or grill the sausages, and let the cheese melt over the sausages.
- Toast or grill the rolls before putting the dish together.
- Top with the salsa.
- Served with nacho chips.
