Japanese Slow Cooked Pork Burger
Serves 10 People
- 1,5 kg Pulled pork
- 100g Teriyaki sauce
- Sesame seed oil
- Japanese pickled ginger
- Pickled red onion

- Toast the hamburger bun, usually brushed with a little oil or butter to gloss up the bread.
- Cook some big pieces of pulled pork together with Teriyaki sauce and sesame seed oil.
- Add a blend of Wasabi and mayonnaise to the bottom bun with some slices of Japanese pickled ginger.
- Add lettuce and pickled red onion.
