Japanese Slow Cooked Pork Burger

Ingredients

Serves 10 People 

  • 1,5 kg Pulled pork 
  • 100g Teriyaki sauce 
  • Sesame seed oil 
  • Mayonnaise 
  • Wasabi 
  • Japanese pickled ginger
  • Lettuce
  • Pickled red onion

  1. Toast the hamburger bun, usually brushed with a little oil or butter to gloss up the bread.
  2. Cook some big pieces of pulled pork together with Teriyaki sauce and sesame seed oil.
  3. Add a blend of Wasabi and mayonnaise to the bottom bun with some slices of Japanese pickled ginger.
  4. Add lettuce and pickled red onion.
