Pesto Burger

Ingredients

Serves 10 People 

  • 10 Oat Burger Buns (sprinkled with parmesan cheese)
  • 10 Chicken fillets 
  • 20 slices of parma ham 
  • Mixture of 100g bread crumbs. crushed nachos and 3 beaten eggs
  • Salad
  • 20 tbsp. Tomato salsa 
  • 30 tbsp. Basil pesto 
  • Parmesan cheese

  1. Apply basil pesto to the bun and toast it.
  2. Add salad and tomato salsa to the bun.
  3. Wrap parma ham around the chicken pieces dip into the egg mixture
  4. Grill a chicken fillet on a grill pan and season it with salt and fresh pepper.
  5. Top it off with parmesan flakes and a bit more of the basil pesto
