Serves 10 People
- 10 Oat Burger Buns (sprinkled with parmesan cheese)
- 10 Chicken fillets
- 20 slices of parma ham
- Mixture of 100g bread crumbs. crushed nachos and 3 beaten eggs
- 20 tbsp. Tomato salsa
- 30 tbsp. Basil pesto
- Parmesan cheese

- Apply basil pesto to the bun and toast it.
- Add salad and tomato salsa to the bun.
- Wrap parma ham around the chicken pieces dip into the egg mixture
- Grill a chicken fillet on a grill pan and season it with salt and fresh pepper.
- Top it off with parmesan flakes and a bit more of the basil pesto
