Pistachio Créme Anglais Crown

Ingredients

Serve 10 people 

  • 10 mini vanilla crowns, baked 
  • 3/4dl Créme Anglais
  • 3/4dl pistachio nuts - shelled, sliced or chopped coarsly

  1. Toast pistachio pieces on a baking sheet in 180 degree oven for 4-5 minutes. 
  2. Pour Créme Anglais over the cooled mini vanilla crowns. 
  3. Garnish with the toasted pistachio nuts.
