Pistachio Créme Anglais Crown
Ingredients
Serve 10 people
- 10 mini vanilla crowns, baked
- 3/4dl Créme Anglais
- 3/4dl pistachio nuts - shelled, sliced or chopped coarsly

- Toast pistachio pieces on a baking sheet in 180 degree oven for 4-5 minutes.
- Pour Créme Anglais over the cooled mini vanilla crowns.
- Garnish with the toasted pistachio nuts.
