Sourdough roll with bacon
Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 10 Pezzo sourdough roll with sunflower seeds
- 300 g cream cheese
- 20 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 20 slices of avocado
- 20 slices of bacon
- 1 bunch of sliced radishes
- Olive oil
- Spread a thick layer of cream cheese on the top and bottom slices and top with layers of mozzarella cheese,bacon, avocado and radishes.
- Top with fresh herbs and sprinkle with a little good-quality olive oil and season with salt and pepper before serving.
For more flavour and colour, mix some pesto or sun-dried tomatoes into the cream cheese.
