Ingredients
Serves 10 People
- 10 potato buns
- 10 chicken breasts
- Cajun spices (powder)
Herb yogurt:
- 200g yogurt
- 20g chopped mint leafs
- 20g chopped parsley leafs
- 10g chopped chives
- Salt and pepper
- Lemon juice
Caramelized sambal mushrooms and mixed onions:
- 500g fresh button mushrooms, sliced
- 4 mixed onions, sliced
- 20g sambal chili paste
- 2 teaspoons cane sugar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
Caramelized sambal mushrooms and mixed onions:
- Let cane sugar melt in a pan, add oil and let it heat up.
- Add sambal and mixed onions, let it fry up until the onions are tender and brown.
- Add mushrooms and let it fry a few more minutes.
- Flavour with salt and pepper.
Herb yogurt:
- Blend all ingredients together in food processor until they are finely mixed.
Chicken:
- Fry the chicken breast in a grill pan with olive oil and season with cajun powder, salt and pepper.
Burger:
- Toast the potato buns and add the meat and herb yogurt.
- Finish with caramelized mushrooms and onions.
