October Hot dog
Ingredients
5 pcs Sculstad Hot Dog bun
5 pcs Bratwurst
200 g sauerkraut
150 g Mustard sour cream
100 g Pickle
50 g Crispy bacon
10 g Crispy fried onion
25 g Rucola
- Mix together 100 g sour cream and 50 g mustard.
- Warm the sauerkraut in a pan.
- Fry or grill sausages and hot dog buns.
- Build up the Dogs
