Wasabi hot dog
Ingredients
Chili-Ginger cucumbers:
1 pcs cucumber
1 tsp salt
0,1 dl rice wine vinegar
0,2 dl sugar
0,3 dl water
1 tbsp mustard seeds
1 pcs thinly sliced chili
- Mix together 85 g mayonnaise and 15 g Wasabi paste.
- Toast or grill hot dog buns and sausages.
- Build up the Dogs
Chili-Ginger cucumbers:
- Bring to boil vinegar, sugar and water.
- Add the mustard seeds and chilies. Cool down.
- Cut cucumbers into a thin long slices. Add salt and let it rest for 15 minutes. Wash out the salt and pour the vinegar on the top of cucumbers..
