Wasabi hot dog

Ingredients

Chili-Ginger cucumbers:

1 pcs   cucumber
1 tsp   salt
0,1 dl  rice wine vinegar
0,2 dl  sugar
0,3 dl  water
1 tbsp  mustard seeds
1 pcs   thinly sliced chili

  1. Mix together 85 g mayonnaise and 15 g Wasabi paste.
  2. Toast or grill hot dog buns and sausages.
  3. Build up the Dogs

Chili-Ginger cucumbers:

  1. Bring to boil vinegar, sugar and water.
  2. Add the mustard seeds and chilies. Cool down.
  3. Cut cucumbers into a thin long slices. Add salt and let it rest for 15 minutes. Wash out the salt and pour the vinegar on the top of cucumbers..
