An inviting rustic roll baked in a stone oven with Schulstad Bakery Solutions’ own signature sourdough. Whole pumpkin seeds have been added to the sourdough and the rolls have been decorated with pumpkin flakes and whole kernels on top. The rolls can be used for breakfast, as rolls for individual covers or small sandwiches. The flavour is full, but mild.

Bake direcktly from frozen for aprox. 11 min. at 190°C. Ready to serve after aprox. 15 min.
At -18°C or colder. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
