These Rolls with Maize are heavyweight breakfast rolls, baked with bolted rye flour and maize flakes to give the rolls a delicate flavour and a moist crumb. The rolls are sprinkled with maize flakes which provides an attractive play of colour. The Rolls with Maize bear the Nordic Keyhole symbol.
Baking information: Bake frozen
Bake at 190°C for 10-11 min. from cold oven. Let the rolls rest for 3 min. before serving.
At -18°C or colder. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
