Wholemeal Skagen Rolls are baked from wholegrain wheat flour, wheat kernels and flax seeds. The base is packed full of sunflower seeds and the crust is sprinkled with blue poppy seeds. The rolls are baked in a stone oven which gives them a chewy crust and a particularly moist crumb. Wholemeal Skagen Rolls also bear the Nordic Keyhole symbol.
Baking information: Bake frozen
Bake directly from frozen for 11 minutes at 190°C (air oven)
At -18° or colder. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
