Rustic individual rolls are baked in a stone oven. Their diamond shape gives the rolls an inviting look. This light version is made of lots of durum wheat, wholegrain wheat flour and sourdough.
Baking information: Thaw & Serve
Thaw the product on a baking sheet at room temperature for approx. 1 hour or in a plastic bag overnight in the refrigerator. The products are then ready for serving. Can be baked max. 2 min at 190 ° C in air oven.
At -18° or colder. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
