The Rustic Sandwich Roll is precut and baked from wholegrain wheat flour, rye flakes and sourdough. Barley malt extract gives the rolls their dark colour to emphasise their coarse profile. The rolls bear the Nordic Keyhole and Danish Wholegrain symbol, are baked in a stone oven and cut with slanted ends to produce a sandwich that seems bigger.
Baking information: Thaw & Serve
Thaw the product on a baking sheet at room temperature for approx. 1 hour or in a plastic bag overnight in the refrigerator. The products are then ready for serving. Can be baked max. 2 min at 190 ° C in air oven.
At -18° or colder. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
