The Rustic Burger Bun is precut and made from wheat flour, durum flour, extra virgin olive oil and rye sourdough. The bun is sprinkled with flour to provide an almost home-baked appearance. The bun has an extra dense crumb with a good weight. This rustic burger bun has a diameter of approx. 125 millimetres.
Baking information: Thaw & Serve
Thaw the product on a baking sheet at room temperature for approx. 1 hour or in a plastic bag overnight in the refrigerator. The products are then ready for serving. Can be baked max. 2 min at 190 ° C in air oven.
At -18° or colder. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
