The barley malt extract ensures the dark colour and a touch of sweetness as a contrast to the sourdough. As the rolls are baked in a stone oven, the crust is crisp and crunchy. The rolls bear the Nordic Keyhole symbol.

Bake directly from frozen for 11 minutes at 190°C (air oven)
