Skumring® Wholemeal Sandwich Rolls are rustic and dark sandwich rolls baked in a stone oven. They contain wholegrain wheat flour and sourdough as well as flax seeds and blue poppy seeds to give the dough an exciting appearance and a crunchy bite. Barley malt extract provides the dark colour which inspired the name Skumring® (Dusk). The rolls are sprinkled with durum wheat and sea salt and bear the Nordic Keyhole symbol.
Baking information: Bake frozen
Bake directly from frozen in a pre-heated oven at 220°C (air oven 190°C) for approx. 11 min.
At -18°C or colder. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
