The rolls with pumpkin seeds are baked in a stone oven and contain wholegrain wheat flour, pumpkin seeds and malt to give the rolls a deep, dark colour that looks fantastic against the sprinkling of pumpkin seeds. The high fibre content of the buns means that they bear the Nordic Keyhole symbol.

Bake directly from frozen for 11 minutes at 190°C (air oven)
At -18°C or colder. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
