Rustic individual rolls are baked in a stone oven. Their diamond shape gives the rolls an inviting look. This rustic version is baked using wholegrain wheat flour, rye flakes, sourdough and malt. These mini baguettes bear the Nordic Keyhole and the Danish Wholegrain symbols.
Baking information: Thaw & Serve
Thaw the product on a baking sheet at room temperature for approx. 1 hour or in a plastic bag overnight in the refrigerator. The products are then ready for serving. Can be baked max. 2 min at 190 ° C in air oven.
At -18° or colder. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
