Rye kernels, flax and sunflower seeds and barley malt extract have been added to the dough and the loaves are sprinkled with oats. Their size is perfect for a satisfying sandwich. The low height of the loaf and its soft texture makes it easy to eat – even on the go. This loaf bears the Nordic Keyhole symbol.
Baking information: Thaw & Serve
Thaw the bread on a baking sheet at room temperature for approx. 1 hour or in the bag in refrigerator overnight.
At -18°C or colder. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
