These rolls contain wholemeal rye flour, sunflower, flax and pumpkin seeds, grated carrot and sourdough. The sweetness of the carrots makes the Rye Rolls very child-friendly and are perfect for nibbling at school. The rolls bear the Nordic Keyhole symbol.
Baking information: Bake frozen
Can be used directly after thawing or baked directly from frozen for 11 minutes at 190°C (air oven).
At -18°C or colder. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
