The Mini Raspberry Crown in a new classic in our range. A delicious combination of raspberry jam, remonce and crisp layers of Danish pastry as well as a classic white glaze provide a fantastic experience. Our unique ReadyGlaze also gives a Vanilla Crown a delicate and shiny look – and helps to keep the product fresh and moist for longer.

Baking information: Bake frozen

Directly from frozen into pre-heated oven at 190°C (convection oven). Bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before decorating. Baked products to be consumed within 24 hours.

Storage

At -18°C or colder. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
