The Raspberry Crown in a new classic in our range. A delicious combination of raspberry jam, remonce and crisp layers of Danish pastry as well as a classic white glaze provide a fantastic experience. Our unique sugar glaze also gives any crown a delicate and shiny appearance.

Baking information: Bake frozen

Directly from frozen into pre-heated oven at 190°C (convection oven). Bake for 18 minutes. Ovens vary, so adjust temperature, not time. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before decorating. Baked products to be consumed within 24 hours.

Storage

At -18° or colder. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
