Wholemeal Pastry Rolls are the coarse version of the pastry roll with poppy seeds. Wholemeal Pastry Rolls are made from a laminated dough containing wheat kernels and flax seeds – sprinkled with a mixture of flax and sesame seeds to ensure a delicious taste as well as something chewy. A touch of malt gives the rolls their dark colour.
Baking information: Bake frozen
Directly from frozen into pre-heated oven at 190°C (convection oven). Bake for 21 minutes.Products can be thawed for 20 minutes before baking. Baked products to be consumed within 24 hours.
At -18°C or colder. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
