Our Butter Croissant is a straight croissant baked from light, crisp layers of original, butter-based croissant pastry. The pastry has been allowed to develop naturally while it rests for a long period of time which contributes to making the croissant light and airy. The croissant is brushed with egg which gives it a beautiful golden surface colour.

Storage at -18°C or colder. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
