Our Blueberry Muffins are baked with respect for the original American muffin which is characterised by its very moist and airy quality. We have used large, juicy Canadian blueberries for the dough and these muffins have been baked in especially decorative ‘tulip tins’ to give the muffins an almost home-baked appearance.
