Wheat-rye bun is characterized by a crispy crust, unique aroma, delicate taste and visible rye grains. Baked on natural rye sourdoug from prolonged fermentation dough.

Baking information: Thaw & Bake

Thaw one unopened bag (pillow pack) untill all moisture inside of package reabsorbed by the product. Bake 8-10 min at 200ᵒC. Parameters should be individually regulated to the equipments.

Storage

Store at -18ᵒC or less. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
