The Carrot Loaf is a delicious and inviting type of bread showcasing the golden tones of the carrots. The taste is an experience in itself – because the bread is baked in a stone oven and contains sourdough, sunflower seeds and maize flakes. In addition to carrots, the bread contains carrot concentrate to emphasise the colour.
Baking information: Thaw & Bake
Thaw the products covered with plastic or in a plastic bag for minimum 3-6 hours at room temperature or during the night in the fridge. Bake for 11 minutes at 190°C (air oven). Shelf life before baking (Covered): Max. 2 days in the fridge, or 1 day at room temperature.
Storage
At -18° or colder. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
