The Café Bun with Ramsons is our version of a Nordic-inspired burger bun. The buns are made of durum wheat flour, bolted rye flour, oat flakes, sourdough and ramsons and have a home-baked look as they are baked in a stone oven instead of in tins. The crust is sprinkled with ramsons.
Baking information: Thaw & Serve
Thaw the product on a baking sheet at room temperature for approx. 1 hour or in a plastic bag overnight in the refrigerator. The products are then ready for serving. Can be baked max. 3 min at 190 ° C in air oven.
Storage
At -18°C or colder. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
