A single-packed, gluten-free burger bun made of cornflour, rice flour, soy protein and psyllium. The burger bun is in a quality class of its own without the crumbling feeling that many other types of gluten-free bread have.

Baking information: Thaw & Serve

Ready to eat after defrosting. Or take off the foil, and heat at max 5 minute at 190 °C in air oven. Remember to sepaerate the gluten free bread from other bread with gluten.


At -18°C or colder. Do not re-freeze after defrosting.
