Belgian born Piet Van Beveren is the fifth generation of craft bakers in his family. Piet has also been in charge of creating our croissants for over 25 years.

Each of our pastries has 17 layers of the finest stress-free dough and 16 layers of butter. Once baked to perfection they have a delicious warm colour and crispness which comes through the dedication to our layering process.
