The Service Manager position is a generic role within Lantmännen´s IT department, with a responsibility for platforms and IT services within a certain area. As Service Manager you are accountable for governance, maintenance, cost and quality and to act in strategic planning of the IT services in scope, as well as taking part in initiations and hand-over of development activities A large part of Lantmännen's IT services are outsourced, hence the role includes service and supplier management.
Lantmännen’s productions sites are spread over some 220 different locations, with a majority based in the Nordics and often with their own site-specific IT solutions. At group level the IT department is currently running a project aimed at aligning all local IT solutions at their facilities around the Nordic region. The aim is to ensure that the solutions have adequate accessibility and security.
As Service Manager Site Specific IT Services, you will act as a link between the various sites and the central IT department. You will keep an ongoing dialogue with the various businesses and address their needs for IT solutions in line with their business plan. Together with external partners you will also develop standard solutions in different areas, but primarily within infrastructure and conduct follow-up, quality accuracy and incident management.
The position is located at Lantmännen's headquarters in Stadshagen, Stockholm or in Malmö. You will report to the Manager of Solution Center End-User and Infrastructure Solutions within the department Service Operation. Some travel within the Nordics is required and you must have a driver’s licence.
To be successful in this role you have a strong IT background and general understanding of IT infrastructure (i.e. network, IT security, server and database). You have several years of experience from service- and vendor management as well as procurement of IT solutions.
Preferably, you have experience from large and complex organizations and experience from working on projects. Since this is an international organization, you master English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
