In this role you will be responsible for the solution architecture and the development of Lantmännen’s web based and service oriented solutions. You will be the owner of Lantmännen’s framework and technology standards for development, as well as the tools, processes and guidelines necessary for the development community. You will also help setting the roadmap and outlining the capabilities required to improve delivery of digitalization services (i.e. IoT, digital identify service, API security). In projects you act as both solution architect and lead developer.
Your task is to ensure that business requirements are translated to clear technical specifications and that Lantmännen’s digitalization solutions are designed and built in a standardised and efficient manner for sustainable business value, according to Lantmännen’s Enterprise Architecture. Your task is also to lead the development teams, coordinate development work and ensure developers follow agreed processes and standards. You coach and educate the (external) developer teams in the “Lantmännen way” and help ensure quality of work performed.
Lantmännen offers you a central role in their Solution Development team with a technical ownership of Lantmännen’s digitalization solutions. You will drive continuous improvement and refactoring of the solutions to ensure increased value over time.
The position is located at Lantmännen's headquarters in Stockholm or Malmö. You will be reporting to the Manager of Solution Center Integration & Information Management. Some travel within the Nordics is required.
To be successful in this role you have several years’ experience as a Developer and System Architect. We also prefer that you have experience of full stack design and development of distributed systems as well as experience of continuous integration and domain driven design. Know-how about programming languages, tools and frameworks to manage the development process (i.e. vsts, msdn) is also something that you can bring to this role. You have a general understanding of business applications (i.e. ERP, Web applications) and IT infrastructure (i.e. network, database, server) in regards to architecture, design and development. We would like for you to have higher education in a relevant area or equivalent.
Preferably, you have experience from large and complex organizations and experience from working on projects. Since this is an international organization, you master the English and Swedish language, both written and spoken.
