An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tax Controller to join our Lantmännen Unibake Finance team at the headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark.
This is what you will do
Reporting to the Financial Controlling Director, you will join our team of 7 future colleagues as we navigate the next stage of growth. The role involves working closely with the Financial Controlling Team and the Group Tax department in Lantmännen headquarters in Stockholm. In close cooperation with the Financial Controlling Team and the Group Tax department in Stockholm you will monitor the Intercompany Pricing Model, be responsible for the Danish joint taxation including follow-up and support on deliveries from the Danish entities. You will prepare tax calculations and tax returns for all Danish business units. Furthermore, you will prepare management and cluster fee calculations and assure compliance with policies.
Primary areas of responsibility:
Danish joint taxation calculations and tax return
Transfer pricing model, monitoring and follow up / corrections
Management fee calculations, documentation and invoicing
Support in case of tax audits
Support in solving ad hoc tax issues
Support continuous development of tax routines and documentation
This is what you need to succeed:
3-5 years of relevant work experience with Danish taxation and tax reporting and holds a master’s degree or graduate diploma within tax or finance and accounting.
a background as a tax controller from a group function with several units, or as a tax specialist in an audit company, or as a tax professional at SKAT.
experience from working in an international environment and knows the importance of working independently with continuous follow-ups and support.
comfortable working in MS Excel and “hands-on” in our finance system and multi-task, whilst having high attention to details.
a team player who can understand and communicate at all levels of the organization.
able to work independently with a structured approach to tasks.
able to communicate effectively both verbally and in written format in English.
