1 General principles
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all images downloaded from this image library/press room (the “Image Library”). By downloading the images available in the Image Library, you hereby accept these Terms and Conditions. All copyright and other rights pertaining to the images in the Image Library, e.g. trademark rights, are fully vested in the Lantmännen group of companies (“Lantmännen”).
2 Use of images
As a user you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the images in the Image Library, free of charge.
If you are a direct or indirect partner to Lantmännen, the images may be used commercially in your own marketing to promote Lantmännen’s business interests, provided that Lantmännen’s rights are respected, e.g. by references made to Lantmännen’s Image Library.
If you are a journalist, the images may only be used editorially in news- or magazine articles, news blogs or similar media. The images may not be used commercially in marketing. In the event of editorial publishing, Lantmännen shall be mentioned as the source. For all use, Lantmännen’s rights shall be respected.
If you are an individual, the images may only be used for private use. Private use means that the use may not in any way be considered as commercial.
Use of images, in accordance with the above, may never include changes in the design, colors or any other modification of the images.
You may only use the images in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The non-exclusive right to use the images in the Image Library should in no way be construed as an assignment of copyright or any other intellectual property right to the images.
Lantmännen reserves the right to wholly or partially amend any of these Terms and Conditions. Any amendment will take effect once the said amendment is published on the website. Your continued use of the images in the Image Library after such amendment in these Terms and Conditions is published, will mean that you accept such amendment.
